Look for the area designated for first-time families. We will meet your family and enter your child into our database system. Once your family is checked in, one of our volunteers will be happy to show you the age-appropriate room we have created for your child.
We will ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, childrens’ names and birthdates, family address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are unique to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion of your matching identification tags which bears a code that is matched to your portion. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
No child is released unless the matching identification tag is presented. If for some reason you were to lose your identification tag, please go directly to our Kidz Towne First-Time Check-In and present your driver’s license.
